The Payroll Manager will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to facilitate and apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as it relates to payroll accuracy and compliance. The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The position requires high attention to details, concern for the correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Communicates regularly with other payroll/accounting/HR staff regarding payroll matters.
- Manage multi-state payroll tax matters.
- Processes payroll on a bi-weekly/ weekly basis for multiple pay groups across multiple states.
- Manage communications with employees on timesheet approvals and expense reports.
- Manage all payroll changes to confirm employee’s payroll records are accurate and up to date with regard to pay, tax withholdings, deductions, child support and garnishments.

The Mechanical Principal Engineer will play a critical role in the specification knowledge, training, onboarding, decision making, workflow development, and general upkeep of the mechanical engineering department. You will collaborate successfully with stakeholders including project managers, project engineers, engineering designers and design engineers, other engineering disciplines, procurement, and field service, as well as heavily with the customer, to ensure that our department decisions align with customer requirements, field services needs, industry standards, and company best practices.
Our Mechanical Principal Engineer would be responsible for being a main point of contact for the company for a customer in mechanical engineering. You would understand baggage handling systems fully, comprehend customer specifications and be able to influence future specification changes, and create standards for both ways of working and internal specifications. You will advise project engineers, designers, and other engineering disciplines on a consistent, quality-driven, and efficient way to work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Design and review internal process documentation, templates, work instructions, SOPs, and other ways of working.

7. Project Technical Writer

We are experiencing exponential growth and are seeking individuals with the drive to exceed expectations to join our team as a Project Technical Writer.
JOB SUMMARY:
The core purpose of the Technical Writer is for the preparation, review, revision, professional formatting and maintenance of technical documents including systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation for various automation projects. A technical background with ability to take direction from technically minded engineers and creating documentation templates that allows for gained efficiency from job to job.
This role works on all phases of documentation under the general direction of the Project Managers or direct manager. Baggage Handling industry experience, knowledge of airport operations, and/or PGDS standard guidelines is preferred to apply concepts based on engineering drawings, technical engineering information, consultations with subject matter experts, and other resources to learn about specific products or processes. The documented deliverables should communicate complex technical information more easily according to company standards and contract specifications.
This role also maintains current internal company documentation and Knowledge Base library content (through SharePoint). These deliverables are accomplished through use of multiple word processing and presentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Etc.

JOB SUMMARY:
The core purpose of the Sr. Project Manager role is to provide leadership and consistency to large scale complex projects that typically include Controls programming and Electrical/Mechanical Installation work while coordinating with customer and/or end users (TSA, Airports, etc.).
Leads project team members and removes obstacles to drive deliverables such that each team member will have the opportunity to be successful on the project(s). The Technician will be responsible for the layout and physical mounting of components to the back panel, wiring of all components, installation of control panel into an enclosure under limited supervision. All duties must be performed in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide knowledge of layout design and wiring to junior panel builders, communicate effectively, (written and verbally), with peers.
- Maintain red line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication.
- Communicate red line changes to Team Leader/supervisor for revision prior to completion.
- Read drawings to establish correct wiring/cable runs.
- Run wires point to point from component to component and to termination.
- Perform wire labeling at connection points.
- Successfully terminate various types of copper connectors.
- Choose the correct tool or methodology for specific wiring tasks.
- Use provided drawings to layout wireways/din rail and components on back panels and enclosures.
- Route and bundle wires neatly to meet company and UL standards.
- Perform point to point wiring of, including but not limited to, relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, electrical components, & Instrumentation.
- Understanding of electrical circuitry including: power distribution, motor controls, AC/DC high voltage, AC/DC low voltage, relay logic and emergency stops.
- Understanding of wiring and operation of electrical components including: PLCs, VFDs, transformers, power supplies, safety relays, control relays, pilot devices, pushbutton/selector switches, circuit breakers, fuses, phase monitors, contactors and overload relays.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
- Follow all Company Safety Standards and wear applicable PPE
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This work is performed in a panel shop facility which may or may not be climate controlled depending upon the work location.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
? Two-year Electrical Engineer (EE) technical degree, military equivalent or equivalent related experience preferred and,
? 2-3 years hands-on experience in panel production preferred.

JOB SUMMARY:
The tool manager works with field service crews and suppliers to make sure the field crews have the tools they need to complete jobs. The tool manager will keep a detailed inventory of tools and where they are located. This individual will maintain all warranty on any items that are covered and become inoperable. A great tool room manager is reliable and able to work with others in a timely manner to get items to site, can work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes, has an attention to detail, and adheres to safety standards. The tool manager needs to ensure that processes and procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profitability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Understand different types of tools and the uses for each.
- Can mark tools with asset identification numbers.
- Understands excel and can maintain inventory of tools.
- Works closely with field crews and vendors to get accurate information and items needed for field crews to perform effectively.
- Can verify items on a ship ticket and receive materials ensuring that all items are accounted for when they arrive at our shop.
- Can lift heavy items into gang boxes.
- Can operate a forklift to move materials.
- Follows all Company and OSHA safety standards including but not limited to proper lifting and forklift safety.
- Communicate any delivery issues in a timely manner to the panel operations manager.

WORK SCHEDULE:
This position is a full-time schedule working 40 hours per week with overtime as needed. The general schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm EST. Working hours and/or scheduled working days may vary as needed to meet business requirements.
