JOB SUMMARY:

The Staff Accountant will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to facilitate and apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The position requires high attention to details, concern for the correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Companywide accounting: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects
• Assist with monthly close processes including preparation of monthly journal entries, analyses, and completion of credit card/bank account reconciliations.
• Support Accounts Receivable: apply cash receipt, help with collection of past due balance, and process daily invoices/credit
• Work with Accounts Payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing.  
• Reconcile discrepancies by checking source materials, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare corrective actions as needed.
• Complete AR/AP related tasks for multiple entities
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Participate in month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and sales tax computations
• Performing GL and account reconciliation and analysis
• Handling bank reconciliation and daily bank updates
• Posting monthly accrual journal entries, fixed assets and depreciation
• Perform routine clerical accounting duties within a fast-paced finance department while adhering to established standards
• Prepare and interpret financial summaries and provide reports to managers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Financial reporting, preparing supporting schedules, and analyzing data

JOB SUMMARY:

Our Software Engineers help expand our company’s role in technology and are responsible for preparing or receiving detailed functional specification and flow diagrams to illustrate the sequence of steps that the program must follow; and describe input, output and logical operations involved. JOB SUMMARY:

The Controls Engineer II is responsible for the advanced support of all phases of a controls project to include concept and research, estimating support, component selection, network design, panel design, layout, device troubleshooting, PLC and HMI programming; on-site installation and debug; and after-sales support while working with minimal supervison.  A successful Controls Engineer II has an advanced level of knowledge and understanding of commonly used controls engineering concepts, PLC programming and practices with an ability to lead/mentor entry level Controls Engineers as well as a willingness to attend training to further build their knowledge and abilities to advance to the next level.

The Administrative Assistant provides the day-to-day clerical support for our leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of Field Operations. The successful Administrative Assistant possesses excellent time management skills and is detailed oriented. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include preparation of general correspondence, coordination of travel for employees, maintenance of compliance items and related reporting, and preparation of ad-hoc as well as recurring reports for project reviews, safety, sales & estimating and payroll.

The ModCenter Machine Operator works with computer numeric controlled (CNC) heavy machinery from setup to operation to produce parts and tools from metal, plastic or other materials. CNC equipment is precision machinery that cuts, grinds or drills into the material.  A great ModCenter Machine Operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards and has a willingness to learn and improve. The goal of the ModCenter Machine Operator is to ensure that production procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profitability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, electrical drawings, etc.
• Wire enclosures according to blueprints, electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, etc.
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function utilizing CAD software.
• Operate machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions.
• Make adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and path of the cut, as well as make sure the machines are set up properly, working well, and producing quality product.
• Confirm ModCenter is running efficiently by verifying that work area is stocked with machining tools (end mills, drills, etc.), well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output.
• Inspect the finished product to ensure it is defect-free and ready for the next step in production.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Communicate logistics issues that arise in the process of creating a part to the ModCenter Team Lead.
• Follows all Company and OSHA safety standards including but not limited to proper securing of ModCenter while in operation, wearing the appropriate PPE for the job performed, immediately reporting malfunctions that could cause injury to an employee.

Be part of a growing team!  qubeworX is currently seeking an experienced Panel Tech to join our growing team.  As a Panel Tech II you are responsible for the assembly of Electrical Control Panels. This role focuses on interpreting control panel layouts and electrical drawings. The Technician will be responsible for the layout and physical mounting of components to the back panel, wiring of all components, installation of control panel into an enclosure under limited supervision. All duties must be performed in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide knowledge of layout design and wiring to junior panel builders, communicate effectively, (written and verbally), with peers. 
• Maintain red line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication.
•  Communicate red line changes to Team Leader/supervisor for revision prior to completion. 
•  Read drawings to establish correct wiring/cable runs.  
•  Run wires point to point from component to component and to termination. 
•  Perform wire labeling at connection points. 
•  Successfully terminate various types of copper connectors.  
•  Choose the correct tool or methodology for specific wiring tasks.
•  Use provided drawings to layout wireways/din rail and components on back panels and enclosures. 
•  Route and bundle wires neatly to meet company and UL standards.
•  Perform point to point wiring of, including but not limited to, relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, electrical components, & Instrumentation.
•  Understanding of electrical circuitry including: power distribution, motor controls, AC/DC high voltage, AC/DC low voltage, relay logic and emergency stops.
•  Understanding of wiring and operation of electrical components including: PLCs, VFDs, transformers, power supplies, safety relays, control relays, pilot devices, pushbutton/selector switches, circuit breakers, fuses, phase monitors, contactors and overload relays.
